Yoga, Culture & Sea Retreat in the Greek Islands

Yoga Retreat in Paros

8 Days / 7 Nights • Paros, Greece (16 – 23 June 2028)

Slow down, move and reconnect on a yoga retreat on Paros, one of the most beautiful islands in the Cyclades. You’ll be surrounded by whitewashed villages, marble-paved lanes, vineyards and the clear blue water of the Aegean. Each day brings yoga with Ashley Mathews, the island’s culture and food, and the calm of a five-star hotel set into the hillside above the sea.

Where You'll Stay

Mythic Paros, Agia Irini (16 – 23 June)

A five-star, adults-only hotel built into the hillside of Agia Irini, on the island’s west coast, with sweeping views over the Aegean and its sunsets. Its 40 rooms and cave suites blend natural stone and boho-chic design. Days slow down around tiered infinity pools and the all-day pool bar, at the Cavo Senso Spa, or over breakfast on the restaurant terrace looking out to sea. Our yoga classes take place in a fully equipped shala overlooking the water. The beach at Agia Irini is a few minutes away, and the port of Parikia and the airport are a short drive.
