Breathing the Silence: Yoga Retreat in Sicily
Breathspiration takes you to Sicily, for a week of yoga and self nurturing. You will be part of a group of 10 curious minds, eager to discover the beauties of the Sicilian country side, history, architecture, culture and food.
This retreat is for you if you are looking for a contemporary and meaningful getaway, where movement, joyful yoga, nourishment, nature and creativity are blended together.
The retreat is hosted in Villa Zottopera, a historic farmhouse, typical of the area. The house has been recently refurbished, respecting the authentic elegance and Sicilian interior elements, yet equipped with modern comfort.

The yoga classes will be led by an experienced and well travelled yoga teacher, a native of Sicily.
Our private chef is going to nurture us with her lovingly prepared food.

Andrea Fórizs, founder of Breathspiration and creative director. She has been designing and running retreats since 2013. She is a true lover of the Mediterranean, a foodie, a storyteller and a design enthusiast. Her focus is on showing the authentic side of Sicily, and discovering the wonders of it.

ACCOMODATION
Welcome to the authentic Sicily. An ancient structure based on the foundation of a stronghold, immersed in the mountains of Hyblae. The property mixes the ancient setting with modern comfort. Visit the 19th century chapel, the ancient olive mill, all plunge into the pool after playing tennis at our court, or go for a walk among the grapevines.

Fly to Catania – Fontanarossa Airport (CTA). Group airport transfers are organised from there. If you would like to arrive individually, please get in touch for directions.
PRICING AND ROOMS
There are five unique rooms available for our guests.
Prices below are per person, and include accommodation, retreat, meals and activities (listed above). Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
Double room (king bedroom with bathroom) – 3 rooms available
€ 2.650 per person
Single room (king bedroom with bathroom) – 1 room available
€ 3.550 per person

CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to participate, a 25% deposit is required to secure your spot. The outstanding payment is due 45 days before the event. In case of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. We recommend to have a travel insurance.
If we do not reach the minimum number of participants, the retreat will be cancelled. In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded. The itinerary is a guide: we reserve the right to make changes in case of bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We sometimes need to alter the order of outings or replace them, with something equally exciting.
